How does it work?

STEP 1: SELECT A PLAN. Consider how many people you are typically feeding - we offer one-, two-person and family options!  Next, decide if you'd prefer an annual plan (and save up to 50%!) or if you'd rather pay on a biweekly basis. Same great meals, but annual plans offer greater savings!

STEP 2: DELIVERY.  Chef Allan will hand-pick a group of delicious meals and we'll deliver them to your door every two weeks. Your deliveries will include entrées, side dishes, and soups. Need us to accommodate for dietary preferences? Not a problem. We can also work around your schedule if your delivery needs to change.

STEP 3: PREPARE AND ENJOY.  It only takes minutes using the sous-vide technique. (Learn more about it - watch our instructional video). We make meal preparation fast, simple and extremely easy to clean up!

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to all of Long Island, New York City, and New Jersey (Jersey City, Hoboken, and Wheehawken).

When will I receive my first delivery?

Your first delivery should arrive within two weeks of signing up. If you sign up before the 15th of the month, expect a delivery mid-month. If you signup after the 15th, your first delivery should come before the 1st of the following month.

How much notice must I give to hold or cancel my deliver?

We request that you provide us with 48 hours advance notice. You can notify us via email at info@wyseorganics.com. If 48 hours of advance notice is not provided, we will deliver as usual. 

What do I do when my delivery arrives?

Our meals are delivered frozen and need to be kept frozen until use. Putting them in your freezer a.s.a.p. is of utmost importance. If you will not be home to accept your delivery, we ask that you make alternative arrangements to guarantee your delivery's freshness.

What dietary preferences do you accommodate?

Whether you're gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian or vegan, we have meals that will suit your taste buds. When you signup, make sure to include any details you'd like to share with us and we'll take care to match your requirements. 

When will I be charged?

You'll be charged $45 the day you signup. Thereafter, our biweekly subscriber payments are processed every two weeks. For annual subscriptions, you'll be charged 15 days after signup and then payment will be processed once per year on the anniversary of your initial signup. 

Can I change the card I have on file?

You can update your billing information using the link in your subscription confirmation email. 

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime by using the link in your subscription confirmation email or by emailing us at info@wyseorganics.com. As stated above, we'll need 48 hours of advance notice before your next scheduled delivery. Or you can call 917.446.9237.

If I cancel my subscription, can I get a refund?

Our subscriptions are prepaid and fixed rates, however we do issue refunds in special circumstances (such as you're moving outside of our delivery area). Requests for refunds will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
